The Wine tasting Dinner I enjoy with a friend was outstanding!Great Service, food and Wine in a wonderful setting. You can not enjoy life any better, than treating yourself!. Make sure you make your reservations early, since Cafe Piccolo fills the wine dinners up fast. It look to me they have a LOT of regular returning customers., which also tells you how Fun and filling wine tasting dinners are.

We had a party of six for dinner the other night and, I must say, each dish was especially delicious! Our server was helpful, knowledgeable and unobtrusively attentive – which was just perfect. I’ve always hesitated to take the lead and recommend a restaurant for a special occasion but, at Cafe Piccolo, I never have to wonder if it’s going to live up to my expectations. Your food and service have always been consistently “spot on”! Thanks!

Birthday Celebration
We had a wonderful experience celebrating a special birthday of a good friend. Very accommodating to our growing table, excellent service and food. They even added some fancy raspberry glaze to the cake we brought in. Thank you so much!

Wedding Anniversary and Pregnancy Cravings
with you on o9/27/2011. The entire night was wonderful and the food was delicious! We will most definitely be coming back time after time!
Also, I am 3 1/2 months pregnant and have been craving my mother’s homemade soup nonstop for almost a month! When Joe, our waiter, gave the soup options and I asked him to bring the one he recommended (the Creamy Minestrone) I didn’t know he was so right on it being delicious. Even when I first smelled the aroma of the soup, it smelled like my mother’s. The first spoonful and I was in heaven! It tasted almost exactly like it and I could’ve had 4 more servings of it! The baby and I were more than delighted when the flavor was exactly what I have been craving for weeks on end! I will definitely be ordering this for take-out when we don’t dine in and when my mother isn’t available to make the soup! My cravings were answered by surprise and I will be ordering a bowl at LEAST once (or twice) a week! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I dined here on Monday, myself and one other. We were quickly seated and greeted by 1 of 2 servers working. Our server Joe, was truly delightful. He is one of the original staff and shows it, covering the majority of the restaurant while being “on it” but not overbearing. The friendliest server both of us has ever had, was our conclusion on leaving.
Decor was very cute; romantic and loungey. The kind if place that feels like a real gem when you first discover it. For food we had soup, two apps and two entrees. Golden lentil soup was awesome, big flavor that didnt linger into the next dishes. Escargot were large adult size, half good texture half a little off but not unpleasant. Fun regardless, ask for extra garlic if your into that. Second app was grilled eggplant and goat cheese with slice tomato and spicy tomato sauce.

I just got home from a wonderful dinner at one of my favorite restaurants.
My family has been going there forever, with never one negative experience. While I always have a big mouth with my praises to friends and anyone that will listen, I realized that I have never written a review for Yelp.
Cafe Piccolo is much less like going to a commercial eatery than eating at the home of a favorite friend. The staff is always friendly and personable, the food superb, and the ambiance cozy and welcoming.
